We only accept returns and process refunds in the event that a wrong product is delivered. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at rangbyshilpa@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. In your email, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the item received
- Description of the incorrect item
- Clear photographs showing the incorrect item (if possible)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
If your request for a return due to a wrong product is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or send out the correct item, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or preferences.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
- Items that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
